Job summary

Levyl is seeking an emerging HR professional to join a supportive People & Culture team in Sydney. This hands-on role offers broad generalist exposure across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and policy administration within a retail-focused environment.

You may currently be an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator looking to broaden your generalist experience, with strong communication and relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• You may currently be working as an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator and are seeking broader generalist exposure.
• Experience in retail is advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage professionally with employees and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment processes including candidate assessment, interviews, and offers.
• Manage onboarding, inductions and HR documentation.
• Communicate policies, values and procedures to new starters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
• Prepare HR reports and support data analysis.
• Support probationary and performance review processes.
• Respond to HR enquiries and escalate when needed.
• Assist with updating HR policies and internal communications.
• Support WHS coordination and employee engagement activities.
• Contribute to broader People & Culture projects.
