Job summary

Prestige Talent Solutions Australia is seeking an HR/L&D professional to join the People & Culture team of a successful national retailer. You will provide hands-on HR support and coordinate learning initiatives across the organisation.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, own projects and see the direct impact of your work across multi-site operations. Prior retail HR experience and talent development focus are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor, HR Generalist or L&D role.
• Strong HR fundamentals and knowledge of Australian employment law.
• Experience coordinating learning and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees.
• Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, performance, development and engagement.
• Coordinate learning and development programs across the business.
• Work with stakeholders to identify training and capability needs.
• Coordinate training sessions, schedules, attendance and reporting.
• Support the development of training materials and learning resources.
• Support HR projects, people initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Prepare HR and L&D reports, documentation and communications.
• Build strong relationships with managers and key stakeholders.
