Job summary

Harvey Norman is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead vendor management for Product Protection programs across Computers, Electrical, Furniture and Bedding. Based onsite at Homebush West, you will drive sales growth, manage supplier performance, and deliver insightful reporting.

You will leverage your strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing sales role with retail processes.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to advise on best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Develop best-practice sales strategies and provide business support.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and ad-hoc analyses.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a key contact for Product Care enquiries and maintain data integrity.
