Job summary

Harvey Norman is seeking a Contract Officer to join the Homebush West corporate office in Australia. You will manage global contract registers and support Product Care programs, coordinating contract preparation, execution, and approvals.

You will work with internal/external legal teams and suppliers to ensure timely outcomes. Based onsite at Homebush West, you will gather data for pricing requests, maintain records, and contribute to QBRs while supporting project management for the General

Qualifications

• Strong administrative, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of contract management practices.
• Ability to take accurate minutes of meetings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and SharePoint/Teams.
• Exposure to procurement processes and vendor management is valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract preparation, execution, and stakeholder approvals through Adobe Sign.
• Maintain and administer the contract register, ensuring supplier agreements are recorded and up to date.
• Support Request for Pricing (RFP) activities by gathering data and tracking timelines.
• Liaise with internal and external legal teams, suppliers and stakeholders for timely outcomes.
• Contribute to Supplier Quarterly Business Reviews and provide project management support to the GM Product Care.
