Overview

Marketing Manager - Electrical at Harvey Norman. Based at Homebush West, with on-site parking or a short walk from Flemington station.

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager of Electricals and based onsite at the corporate office in Homebush West, you will support the Electrical team with a passion for driving brand growth and customer engagement in the electrical category. You will bring strategic thinking and hands-on execution to campaigns, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee advertising campaigns across traditional and digital media to ensure alignment with brand identity and business objectives.
• Formulate and implement strategic marketing plans that support company goals and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with product managers to execute promotions consistent with brand communication standards.
• Lead supplier negotiations to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Manage documentation and reports effectively.
• Ensure all advertising complies with Australian Consumer Law and complete required compliance training.

About you

You will have previous experience in a marketing role with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your workload effectively. You should be friendly, energetic, and enjoy interacting with people.

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and to lead and support a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
