Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of building services and contractors across cleaning, waste, HVAC, vertical transport, fire and maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance activity, permits and operational records to ensure safety, compliance and uptime.
• Assist with budgets and expenditure planning to deliver work on time and within budget.
• Build relationships with retailers, contractors, emergency services and internal teams.
