Job summary

Vicinity Limited is seeking an experienced operations professional to support the day-to-day management of a retail and mixed-use asset. You will partner with the Operations Manager to ensure safety, efficiency and high presentation standards while delivering exceptional experiences for retailers and customers.

Candidate should have strong background in facilities, operations, or centre management, with contractor coordination, compliance, and project coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting operational management of retail, commercial, or mixed-use assets.
• Exposure to building services including cleaning, security, HVAC, fire systems, lifts/vertical transport, and other essential services.
• Knowledge of preventative and reactive maintenance and contractor management.
• Ability to assist with capital works, fit-outs, refurbishment projects, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong health, safety, environmental, and emergency management practices.
• Experience with ESMS compliance, permits, audits, and emergency readiness.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of retail/mixed-use assets.
• Coordinate service providers and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Assist with capital works, refurbishments and operational improvements.
• Maintain maintenance records and compliance registers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
