Job summary

You will handle sales and service, process cash and cards, support identity services such as passport interviews, upsell products, assist with mail lodgements, and keep stock records.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or cash handling.
• Ability to lift up to 16 kg of mail and parcels regularly and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer sales and service transactions.
• Manage high value transactions (cash, cheques, credit cards, EFTPOS).
• Conduct identity services transactions, including Passport interviews.
• Promote products and services through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with mail/parcels lodgements and associated costs.
• Build relationships by understanding customer needs.
• Assist with stocktaking and record maintenance.
