RACQ is seeking a friendly Retail Consultant at Carindale to help members with sales and service. You’ll quickly identify needs and match members with the right assistance and insurance solutions while delivering outstanding support.

Experience is valued but training is provided; success comes from a positive attitude, strong communication, and a passion for helping people in a fast-paced, community-focused team.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is desirable but not essential; training provided.
• Attitude and willingness to learn are prioritized.
• Comfort using technology and talking to members in person or on the phone.

Beyondsales and service, you’ll be part of a store that’s deeply connected to its local community. Our Retail teams don’t just help members at the counter, they support local events, lend a hand when things go wrong, and build relationships that last well beyond a single visit.

What you can expect:

• $36.13 per hour + Super + Penalty Rates


• Full-time position – 37.5 hours per week


• Rostered between 8:30AM – 5:00PM Monday to Friday and 9:15AM – 12:15PM every second Saturday, with a rostered weekday off each fortnight.

About you:

Experience is great, but not essential, sales experience in a previous role is desirable, we’ll give you all the training you need. What matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.

• Enjoys learning and growing in a fast paced, supportive team.


• Communicates confidently and feels comfortable using technology.
