Job summary

RACQ is hiring for a full-time member-facing role in Queensland. You will engage with members, uncover needs, and connect them with the right RACQ assistance and insurance solutions. The role involves a busy, target-driven environment with training provided and a supportive team.

It is a fixed-term contract through to 11 September 2027, with shifts across 8:30 AM–5:15 PM on weekdays and some Saturday mornings. Compensation is $36.13 per hour plus super and penalty rates, with a 37.5-hour week.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is desirable but not essential.
• Training provided for the role.
• Attitude and willingness to learn are valued.

What you can expect:

• $36.13 per hour + Super + Penalty Rates
• Full-time position – 37.5 hours per week
• Rostered between 8:30AM – 5:15PM, Monday to Friday and 8:45AM – 1:15PM every second Saturday with a rostered weekday off each fortnight.
• This is a fixed term contract through to 11 September 2027

About you:

Experience is great, but not essential, sales experience ina previousrole is desirable,we’llgive you all the training you need. What matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.
