Job summary

RACQ is recruiting for a full-time, member-focused role in Capalaba. You will greet and engage with members, uncover needs quickly, and match them with the right insurance solutions while delivering excellent service.

No heavy sales pressure; training is provided to help you succeed and grow within a supportive, energetic team. The role offers a structured schedule, weekday hours, and the chance to contribute to RACQ's reputation for trusted advice and customer care.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
• Attitude and willingness to learn are important.
• Comfort with technology and confidently communicating with members in person and on the phone.

What You Can Expect

• $36.13 per hour + Super + Penalty Rates
• Full-time position – 37.5 hours per week
• Rostered between 8 30AM – 5 15PM, Monday to Friday and 8 45AM – 1 15PM every second Saturday with a rostered weekday off each fortnight.

About You

Experience is great, but not essential, sales experience in a previous role is desirable, we’ll give you all the training you need. What matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.
