Job summary

Commonry Pty is expanding with Myer Parramatta, seeking a Concession Supervisor to lead a small team and deliver an elevated customer experience through product knowledge and genuine relationships.

You will drive sales, manage rosters, mentor staff, and partner with Brandbank and Myer leaders to ensure operational excellence across the concession.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
