Job summary

Commonry, part of Brandbank Group, is expanding its presence with a Myer Mackay concession leadership role. Lead a small team to deliver an elevated customer experience, maximise sales, and drive KPIs in a part-time capacity (25 hours per week).

You will mentor staff, develop daily rosters, and support back-of-house processes while maintaining close customer relationships and attention to styling details. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities offered.

THE ROLE:

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
