Job summary

Commonry is expanding its presence with Myer Mackay, seeking a Concession Supervisor to lead a small team and deliver an elevated customer experience. You will drive sales, coach staff, and manage rosters while maintaining brand standards in the Myer Mackay concession.

Join a collaborative Brandbank Group environment, with opportunities for career growth across our portfolio and ongoing coaching from Brandbank and Myer leaders. 25 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership with ability to mentor a team.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Eye for detail with passion for styling and visual merchandising.
• Commercial acumen to drive sales and budgets.

• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business KPIs.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and back-of-house administration.

We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a Concession Supervisor to lead our Myer Mackay pad. THE ROLE:

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
