Job summary

Brandbank Group is expanding its Commonry concession with Myer Chatswood, seeking a part-time Concession Supervisor to lead a small team and deliver a premium customer experience.

You will coach staff, manage rosters, and drive sales while maintaining visual standards and product knowledge. The role offers a supportive culture, growth opportunities, and a focus on work-life balance in a national expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team in a retail/concession setting.
• Proven ability to mentor and motivate staff to achieve targets.
• Strong customer service skills and relationship building.
• Eye for styling and visual merchandising excellence.

We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a part-timeConcession Supervisorto lead ourMyer Chatswoodpad. THE ROLE:

• Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
• Tuesday - Saturday roster (25 hours per week)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
