Commonry Pty is seeking a Concession Supervisor for the Myer Indooroopilly pad to lead a small, passionate team. You will drive an exceptional customer experience, manage rosters, and coach team members to achieve sales targets.

• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and handle back-of-house administration.
• Tuesday to Saturday roster.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
