Job summary

Brandbank Group is seeking a Concession Supervisor for Myer Indooroopilly to lead a small team, deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales targets. You will coach staff, manage rosters and oversee back‑of‑house administration in a dynamic retail environment.

The role supports Brandbank’s Commonry brand family and Myer partnership, offering a part‑time leadership opportunity with rewards including clothing allowances and incentive programs.

We’re expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a Concession Supervisor to lead our Myer Indooroopillypad. THE ROLE

• Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
