Job summary

Commonry Pty is expanding within Myer Parramatta and seeks a Concession Supervisor to lead a small team in-store, delivering an elevated customer experience and achieving sales KPIs.

You will mentor staff, drive in-store training, and maintain strong relationships with customers while overseeing rostered shifts and back-of-house tasks. This role offers growth within a collaborative concession community and national Brandbank affiliations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership and mentoring ability.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships through excellent service.
• Eye for detail with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Commercial acumen to support driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs within budgets.

We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a Concession Supervisor to lead our Myer Parramatta pad.
