Commonry, part of Brandbank Group, is expanding with a new concession at Myer Morley. We are seeking a Concession Supervisor to lead a small team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales while upholding brand presentation.

You will mentor staff, manage stock, build relationships with Myer leaders, and ensure loss prevention. We offer clothing allowance, staff discounts across Brandbank brands, and clear career pathways within the Group.

Qualificações

• Experience in supervising or leading a team within fashion retail.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving commercial outcomes.
• People-centric leadership with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a team.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills; able to work autonomously.

We are excited to be expanding our presence across Myer nationally and are looking for a passionate Concession Supervisor to lead and grow our new Commonry concession at Myer Morley

As a Concession Supervisor, you will bring the Commonry experience to life by leading your team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial success.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED TO:

• Mentor, lead and develop a small team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously


• Confidence providing feedback, recognising achievements and creating a positive team culture


• Experience managing stock, inventory and loss prevention processes.
