Job summary

Australian Red Cross Fortitude Valley store is hiring an Assistant Store Manager. You will support daily operations, lead from the floor, coach volunteers, and focus on delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales.

The role is casual, based in Fortitude Valley, with around 90% customer-facing work and flexible weekend availability. You will help maintain store presentation and foster a high-performing team in a trusted humanitarian setting.

• Experience supervising a retail store, ideally fashion or recycled goods.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
