Lindt is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Melbourne to support the Store Manager, mentor Chocolate Ambassadors, and drive exceptional customer experiences. The role also involves rostering, budget oversight, and leading from the front with product knowledge.

You will foster community engagement, empower the team, and implement merchandising and promotion initiatives to grow sales and loyalty within a vibrant, international brand.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• Experience leading teams and coaching staff.
• Barista experience desirable.
• Ability to grow the local community and drive sales and loyalty.
