Job summary

The Blue Fin Fishing Club in Inala, just outside Brisbane, seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front‑of‑house team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. Reporting to the Functions & Restaurant Manager, you’ll coordinate service on shift, mentor staff and ensure high standards in a fast‑paced club environment.

You are a natural leader with 1–2 years of supervisory hospitality experience, RSA certified, and committed to growth.

Established in 1956 by a collective of local fishermen, The Blue Fin Fishing Club proudly stands as Australia's largest fishing club, with over 7,500members. Today, our nationally renowned social hub offers a warm and inviting setting for members to enjoy quality time with family and friends.

Situated in Inala, just 30 minutes from Brisbane CBD. Our venue boasts newly renovated Restaurant, Bar, Café, Gaming, kids' playground and function rooms.

Our Supervisors work closely with the Duty Manager on shift to lead, motivate and develop our front of house team. We are looking for a skilled supervisor who can share their expertise with our team to deliver exceptional customer experience.

About the role

Reporting directly to the Functions & Restaurant Manager, the Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for coordinating front-of-house operations and delivering exceptional service experiences throughout our dining facilities.

This hands‑on role requires a leader who is visible on the floor, committed to developing staff and focused on maintaining high service standards in a fast‑paced club environment.

The successful candidate will be passionate about customer service, team leadership and contributing to the continued growth and success of the Club's food and beverage operations.
