Job summary

Boldbridge Group is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor (full-time) for Arrows Restaurant at The Bower Tree in Sippy Downs, Queensland. You will share leadership duties, supervise frontline staff, and ensure smooth service while upholding food and beverage standards.

Coordinate with the kitchen, handle customer queries, assist with staff scheduling and training, and help implement operational policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Restaurant Supervisor or equivalent role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in cash handling, inventory management, and data analysis.
• Working knowledge of food safety and liquor licensing regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work a varied roster including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of restaurant staff, including waiters and table service staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service
• Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
