Job summary

The Bower Hotel Pty Ltd in Toowoomba is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead shifts across the bar, bistro and gaming areas, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth operations. You will oversee team performance, control stock and labour, and maintain compliance with RSA/RSG and venue procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience as a Duty Manager, Supervisor or similar leadership role within a hotel, pub or hospitality venue
• Must have RMLV and Approved Managers Licence
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Sound knowledge of gaming operations, food and beverage service and venue compliance
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and make decisions under pressure
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Current Queensland RSA and RSG certifications (essential)
