Job summary

Burger Urge Kallangur is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service. You will oversee a team, manage food and beverage preparation, and control inventory while maintaining a positive workplace culture.

You will lead staff, coordinate schedules, address customer concerns, and contribute to promotional activities. A Food Safety Certificate and RSA/food safety compliance will be required soon after starting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
