Job summary

Boldbridge Group is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor (full-time) for Arrows Restaurant at The Bower Tree in Sippy Downs, Queensland. You will share leadership duties, supervise frontline staff, and ensure smooth service while upholding food and beverage standards.

Coordinate with the kitchen, handle customer queries, assist with staff scheduling and training, and help implement operational policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Restaurant Supervisor or equivalent role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in cash handling, inventory management, and data analysis.
• Working knowledge of food safety and liquor licensing regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work a varied roster including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

This full-time Restaurant Supervisor position at Arrows Restaurant @ The Bower Tree offers an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role within a dynamic hospitality business. As the Restaurant Supervisor (shared role) you will be jointly responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage quality. This role is based in Sippy Downs, QLD.

What you'll be doing
