Job summary

Cafe Sydney is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Attendant to join our front-of-house Reservations Team. This is a full-time position paid hourly under our Enterprise Agreement, five days per week on a rotating roster, including weekends, integrating into guest experience from reservation through to dining.

About the RoleWe are seeking a full‑time Food & Beverage Attendant to join our front‑of‑house Reservations Team. This is a full‑time position, paid hourly under our Enterprise Agreement. Working five days per week on a rotating roster, including weekends, you will play a central role in delivering the building meaningful guest relationships that Cafe Sydney is renowned for.

Unlike traditional reception roles, this position is explicitly floor‑based and integrated into the guest experience.

As a hospitality reservationist, you will manage and coordinate bookings while also working closely with the service team to ensure guest flow, seating and communication are seamless from reservation through to dining.

• Proficient in reservation systems (experience with SevenRooms highly regarded)
• Must hold a current RSA and Food Safety Certificate (or be willing to obtain prior to commencement)
• Full availability across five shifts per week, including weekends
• Must have full working rights in Australia (visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
