Cafe Sydney is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Attendant to join our front-of-house Reservations Team. This is a floor-based role, integrated into the guest experience, with five shifts per week including weekends.
You will manage reservations, coordinate seating, and work closely with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow from booking through dining. RSA and Food Safety certificates are required.

We are seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Attendant to join our front-of-house Reservations Team. This is a full-time position, paid hourly under our Enterprise Agreement. Working five days per week on a rotating roster, including weekends, you will play a central role in delivering the building meaningful guest relationships that Cafe Sydney is renowned for.
Unlike traditional reception roles, this position is explicitly floor-based and integrated into the guest experience.
As a hospitality reservationist, you will manage and coordinate bookings while also working closely with the service team to ensure guest flow, seating and communication are seamless from reservation through to dining.
