Job summary

Accor in Sydney is seeking energetic Food and Beverage Attendants to join our new phase at Novotel Sydney Darling Square. You will greet guests, assist with enquiries and bookings, learn the menu in detail, upsell where appropriate and process orders accurately while maintaining a clean dining area.

Qualifications include RSA certification, willingness to work late-night to early-morning shifts, and prior venue or hotel experience.

With our extended hours we are looking for energetic and bold individuals who thrives on using your warm personality to create amazing moments for our guests as part of our Food and Beverage Team:

What Will You Be Doing

• Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings.

Qualifications

We are looking for service experts who are passionate about being part of Hospitality industry.

What We Are Looking For

• You must be able to a rotation of late night to early morning shifts.
• Skilled communicator with a keen eye for detail and can do attitude.
• Previous experience in a venue or hotel preferred.
• Due to the high-volume nature of the role you will be adept at working under pressure.
• Current RSA certification required.
