Bottega Coco in Sydney is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our expanding team. You will lead the daily operations of a busy venue, drive profitability and uphold the highest standards of service and cleanliness. The role sits within a vibrant hospitality group with 15 venues across Sydney CBD.

You will train and develop staff, manage bookings, monitor food, beverage and labour costs, and ensure compliance with OH&S and company policies. Australia work authorisation is required.

Competenze

• Minimum three years of experience in Restaurant Management.
• RSA and Food Handler certificate is a must.
• Knowledge of contemporary food and beverage concepts.
• Work Authorisation: Australia (Required)

Mansioni

• Oversee the daily running of the restaurant, including till management and supplier/authorities communication.
• Train, lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver high restaurant standards.
• Manage client bookings and function inquiries.
• Set up floor and tables for service.
• Monitor food, beverage and labour costs across the restaurant.
• Adhere to company policies, OH&S and quality service and cleanliness standards.
• Complete and maintain all administration tasks weekly.
