Job summary

Three Blue Ducks Byron Bay is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our busy venue. You will coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House operations, deliver superior service, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include recruiting, supervising, scheduling, mentoring hourly staff, managing revenue and costs to budget, and ensuring compliance with policies and laws. Salary is $75,000 to $85,000 per year for full-time/permanent position.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum of two years' managerial experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Good communication skills and outstanding customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House restaurant operations.
• Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer enquiries.
• Support recruiting, hiring, supervision, scheduling, development, mentoring and training of hourly employees.
• Proper managing and reporting of all revenue and costs ensuring they are in line with the budget and/or guidelines.
• Ensure that company policies and procedures, safety and other laws, regulations, and requirements are implemented and followed.
• Complete opening and closing procedures
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
