Hungry Jack’s is seeking a Restaurant Leader to join the Restaurant Leadership Team. You’ll drive guest experience, lead a team and uphold our values of Guest Obsessed and People Power. You’ll work in service and production areas to deliver outstanding results.

You’ll mentor staff, support promotions, and contribute to a safe, energetic environment where guests are central to every decision. Casual to full-time hours offer flexibility and clear growth paths.

Role Overview

The Careers are Better at Hungry Jack's! Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business. Teamwork is essential to deliver on our guests’ expectations. Employees are empowered and encouraged to do their best work.
