Job summary

Hungry Jack's Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a Restaurant Leader reporting to the Restaurant Manager within the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT). You will drive success by putting guests at the centre and empowering a team in both service and production areas.

You will lead promotions, people development, store merchandising, stock control and uphold a safe work environment. Candidates with retail or hospitality experience and a passion for training and mentoring teams are encouraged to apply.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business. Teamwork is essential to deliver on our guests’ expectations. Employees are empowered and encouraged to do their best work.
