Hungry Jack’s in Australia is seeking a Restaurant Leader to join the Restaurant Leadership Team, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. You will drive guest experience, lead a team in service and production areas, and uphold our Guest Obsessed and People Power values.

Responsibilities include executing promotions, coaching and developing team members, merchandising, stock control and maintaining a safe workplace, with opportunities for career progression and a competitive benefits package.

The Careers are Better at Hungry Jack's! Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business. Teamwork is essential to deliver on our guests’ expectations. Employees are empowered and encouraged to do their best work.

You will also be responsible for:
