Job summary

Hungry Jack's on the Gold Coast seeks a Restaurant Team Leader to drive our guest-obsessed service model. You will report to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team, leading a team across service and production areas to place guests at the centre of our business.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business. Teamwork is essential to deliver on our guests’ expectations. Employees are empowered and encouraged to do their best work.
