Job summary

Hungry Jack’s in Queensland is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a busy, high‑volume site and deliver our Guest Obsessed service standard. You will drive performance by coaching your team, managing profitability, and ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

We value People Power, change leadership, and a proactive mindset. The role requires full‑time availability across days, nights and weekends, with training on offer and opportunities for internal promotion.

In your new role as Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for bringing our value of “Guest Obsessed” to life, delivering outstanding quality and service to our guests every day. You truly believe in harnessing “People Power”, leading your team to success in a busy, high-volume environment where no two days are the same, including: Creating a high-performance culture in your restaurant, from financial profitability (P&L), to people, to guest satisfaction. Leading from the front, championing change and ensuring your people are motivated to contribute to your restaurant’s success.
