Job summary

Hungry Jack’s on the Gold Coast is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Leader to join the Restaurant Leadership Team. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will drive guest obsession and people power by leading a high-performing team across front-of-house and production areas.

You will coach staff, execute promotional activities, ensure store merchandising and stock control, and maintain a safe workplace while delivering outstanding guest service.

Role Overview

The Careers are Better at Hungry Jack's! Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business.
