Job summary

Hungry Jack’s on the Gold Coast is seeking a Restaurant Leader to report to the Restaurant Manager and join the Restaurant Leadership Team. You will drive the guest experience and team performance in service and production areas, keeping guests at the centre of the business and empowering colleagues to do their best work.

The role focuses on coaching, stock control, safety, and implementing promotions, with opportunities for on‑the‑job training and progression across Hungry Jack’s national

Role Overview

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business. Teamwork is essential to deliver on our guests’ expectations. Employees are empowered and encouraged to do their best work.
