Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Australia is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, coach and train the team, and oversee your restaurant's P&L. You will uphold high standards of quality and safety while living the GYG spirit.

You will drive performance with KPIs, deliver outstanding customer service, and partner with the leadership team to grow sales and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding KPI performance.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of service and quality.
• Coach, develop and train team members to drive performance and guest satisfaction.
• Manage the restaurant's P&L, cost controls and operational efficiency.
• Lead by example to embed the GYG spirit and brand standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement growth initiatives.
