Guzman y Gomez on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, coach the team and drive strong service standards while owning the restaurant’s P&L.

You will implement strategic improvements, manage performance against KPIs and foster a customer‑focused culture. The role offers bonus structure, flexible rosters and opportunities to advance within the network.
