Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in New South Wales is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales and lead a high-energy team. You will coach staff, manage the P&L and ensure quality and service standards across the restaurant.

You will implement training, build guest loyalty, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A strong track record in fast-paced hospitality, KPI delivery and outstanding customer service is essential.

• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities.
• Proven track record of meeting KPI targets.
