Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Australia seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our busy venue. You will coach and train the team, drive sales, and manage the restaurant's P&L while upholding the GYG standard of quality and service.

You will partner with leaders across the business to deliver exceptional guest experiences, optimise staffing and costs, and champion our culture through hands-on leadership and strategic thinking.
