Acclaimed is offering a hands-on leadership role in a renowned hospitality venue across dining settings in NSW. You will coach teams on the floor, drive service standards and guest engagement during busy periods.

You'll partner with the Restaurant Manager on daily operations, rostering, stock control and cost management, while ensuring smooth service across restaurant, bar, terrace and takeaway with weekend/evening shifts.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in a hospitality leadership role (restaurant and/or bar).
• Strong customer service focus with confident complaint resolution.
• Proven ability to supervise, train and motivate teams during service.
• Sound operational skills: POS, cash handling, reporting, stock control.
• Availability for a flexible roster including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts and coordinate the team to deliver smooth, efficient service.
• Drive service standards, guest engagement and issue resolution on the floor.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, reporting and shift checklists.
• Support rostering, labour planning, stock control and cost management.
