The role focuses on leadership, revenue growth, and maintaining brand standards while delivering exceptional hospitality to hotel guests, locals, and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Restaurant & Bar Manager with 2+ years experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent customer service and passion for guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant/bar and room service teams.
• Oversee rosters and staffing for departments.
• Drive revenue and guest satisfaction with engagement initiatives.

• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience.
• Recruitment and onboarding of team members.
