Holiday Inn Perth City Centre is seeking a Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead Ivy & Jack and oversee room service, delivering memorable guest experiences seven days a week. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

You will manage daily operations, mentor staff, monitor budgets, and collaborate across departments to maximize revenue while maintaining brand standards in a dynamic, guest‑forward environment.

Qualifications

• Availability across a 7‑day rotating roster (mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays).
• Legal right to work in Australia.
• Current Approved Managers Certification.
• Current RSA and Food Safety Certificate.
• National police clearance (within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant/bar & room service teams and rosters.
• Drive revenue and guest love targets through engagement and service initiatives.
• Train, mentor and motivate colleagues to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding for the team.
• Monitor and realign departmental budgets in coordination with finance; manage payroll costs.
• Ensure safety protocols, responsible service and HACCP compliance.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly following service recovery guidelines.
