Holiday Inn Perth City Centre is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join Ivy & Jack Restaurant. Help deliver memorable guest experiences across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events at a fresh, urban venue on Hay Street in Perth CBD.

Availability for early starts is essential. You will work a 7 day rotating roster, deliver beverages and food, and enjoy competitive pay with flexible options and staff perks across IHG.

Qualifications

• Availability across a 7 day rotating roster (mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays).
• Current RSA and Food Safety Certificates required.
• Current police clearance (within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests at Ivy & Jack restaurant.
• Prepare beverages, including barista coffee and other drinks.
• Serve food professionally and efficiently.
• Highlight specials and promotions to guests.
• Provide meal or beverage recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth service.
