Qualifications

• Management experience in a large hotel or venue preferred.
• Strong service orientation and guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of restaurant staff.
• Coordinate all aspects of dining operations to ensure a seamless service flow.
• Train and develop team members to uphold Hyatt standards.
• Ensure compliance with hotel and HACCP policies and procedures.
• Liaise with other hotel departments to deliver guest experiences.
• Handle guest queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
