Job summary

Community Housing Ltd is seeking a Responsive Maintenance Officer to keep our NSW properties safe, well-maintained and performing at their best. The role combines hands-on maintenance with coordinating contractors and supporting asset management projects across the organisation.

You’ll oversee maintenance including reactive and vacated work, liaising with internal teams and external consultants to ensure KPIs and asset policies are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance management and supervision.
• Ability to coordinate internal teams with contractors and consultants.
• Familiarity with WHS practices and asset policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property maintenance, including reactive and vacated work.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and technical consultants to meet maintenance standards and KPIs.
• Contribute to asset management projects and support the operations team.
• Undertake onsite maintenance work as required.
