Job summary

Warrigal Care in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a part-time Staffing Coordinator to support 24/7 aged care services. You will work with internal teams to ensure staffing coverage, coordinate absences, adjust rosters and respond proactively to shifting workforce needs.

You will bring strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting. The role offers an hourly rate of $29.49 plus super and penalty rates for afternoons and weekends,

Qualifications

• Availability to work 12:30pm–8:00pm Thursday to Sunday.
• Experience in rostering or scheduling in a complex, fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting.
• Ability to manage competing demands, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Enterprise agreement interpretation and fatigue management principles.
• Experience with rostering, payroll processes and TimeCapture systems, including admin tasks to keep rostering up to date.
• Effective communication with staff and managers to coordinate shifts.

The requirements | What it takes to do thiswork

• The availability to work within the hours of 12:30pm- 8pmThursday - Sunday
• High level of knowledge and experience working in arostering or scheduling role within a complex, fast paced andmultidisciplinary industry
• Well-developed capacity to manage the competing demands ofa busy environment, work to deadlines and maintain attention todetail
• A sound working knowledge of Enterprise agreementinterpretation and fatigue management principles
• Extensive knowledge of Rostering, Payroll process and TimeCapture systems including experience undertaking systemadministration functions to keep the Rostering system up todate
• Demonstrate effective communication skills and the abilityto liaise with staff and managers to coordinate shifts
