Saab Australia is seeking a Resourcing Support Officer to provide end-to-end recruitment administration across the hiring lifecycle. You will coordinate onboarding, role changes and offboarding, manage Jira workflows, and liaise with managers to ensure timely task completion.

You will also prepare new starter communications and onboarding information, contributing to a smooth candidate experience. Applicants must be Australian citizens and may need to obtain an Australian Defence Security

Competenze

• Certificate IV or tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Project Management or related field desirable.
• Experience in workforce management, HR, recruitment or workflow systems such as Jira/Springboard is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with data integrity across records and reporting.
• Highly organised with ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

• Provide recruitment administration support across the hiring lifecycle, including applicant tracking and interview coordination.
• Coordinate onboarding, role changes and offboarding activities with timely workforce lifecycle support.
• Manage Jira requests and onboarding/offboarding workflows to ensure timely actions.
• Liaise with managers to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and communicate updates.
• Prepare and distribute new starter communications and onboarding information.
